LOL

Just for craps and giggles, here are the free agents from last offseason who have similar numbers to Boeser:

-Mangiapane, career high of 55pts, 3yrs/$17.4m ($5.8m per)

-Palat, career high of 63pts, 5yrs/$30m ($6m per)

-Strome, career high of 59pts, 5yrs/$25m ($5m per)

-Smith, career high of 60pts, 3yrs/$15m ($5m per)

-Burakovsky, career high of 61pts, 5yrs/$25.5m ($5.1m per)

-Cirelli, career high of 44pts, 8yrs/$50m ($6.25m per)

-Mikheyev, career high of 32pts, 4yrs/$19m ($4.75m per)

-Rakell, career high of 69pts, 6yrs/$30m ($5m per)

-Nichushkin, career high of 52pts, 8yrs/$49m ($6.125m per)

-Kempe, career high of 54pts, 4yrs/$22m ($5.5m per)

So with Boeser, career high of 56pts....where would he fit in salary/term?  Definitely not a 1 year show me contract.

I honestly think retaining $1M or so on Boeser would bring back much more than people think.

Boeser isn’t going anywhere this season.

If there was even an offer that was close they wouldn’t be playing him.

Deals can materialize quite quickly. I really don't think it means anything that Boeser is playing. Besides, with Miller out, they have to at least appear as though they're trying to dress a competitive lineup.

Nah with how hard they’ve been trying to move him they wouldn’t risk it.

Very doubtful any teams come calling this late.
