The MLB and NFL jerseys are made by Fanatics, they just slap the nike logo on it for branding reasons. Am I optimistic? No. But I can't assume they're going to be complete garbage any more than I can assume they'll be on par with the MLB or NFL in terms of quality either. The on-ice ones worn by nhl players remain made in Canada at a Quebec factory. I understand the need to outsource to get cheaper labor etc, in order for retail fan jerseys to remain affordable. But for jersey collectors or those that want true on ice authentic jerseys, they should offer the Canadian made ones for sale albeit at a higher price point. What I am upset about is that they advertise them as "authentic" jerseys, charge them more than fan jerseys, but they are still just replicas.
