On a 2-3 year deal it’s fine.

Poolman should have never gotten 4 years. And he would have been fine if not for the concussion issues.

That level of bad… yes, but he doesn’t have the head injury concerns and is a more defensively sound guy. I would take him if it’s 2 years.
