Blue Jay 22
Both of them have had multiple successful KHL seasons. There was rumors that Shipachyov was close to signing an NHL contract last summer before returning to Russia, so I would say out of the two, he's most likely to come over. Obviously there is risk with every KHL migration signing. For every Panarin, there is your Brunnstrom. However, Shipachyov has good size and would be worth a look IMO. Could be a potential Top 6 center for cheap (assuming his asking price isn't absurd), and not many of those come around.

qwijibo
Shipachyov was reportedly close to signing with Montreal in the offseason. With word that Galchenyuk and Desharnais are both out 6-8 weeks and with how well Radulov is doing there, there could be a natural fit for him now

Baer.
Clearly this board isn't aware of the Canucks' history with Russians. Doubt they would even consider signing with the Canucks. Even if you ignore that, there's tax issues, as well as the fact the Canucks are a terrible team right now. Wouldn't he surprised if Dadonov found himself back in Florida. Coconuts
It'd be worth at least making a pitch at either if they don't ask for insane money, I don't expect they'd come here though. Having Tryamkin here might help, but I imagine if they come to the NHL they'll both go out East.

But if they aren't coming over until the end of the season, does it matter that injuries have forced Chaput higher in our roster than he should be?
