Gotta say that as a Sooner fan, I've been watching Mayfield do this for a few years. I had my doubts that he could carry it over to the pros, but what we saw last night was what I've been watching him do for quite a while. That throw down inside the 5, that set up the winning TD was vintage Baker. A tiny window and he zipped it in there without hesitation. I don't think it's anything to do with Taylor but more or less the entire Browns offence wanted the kid to be successful and played their hearts out. The problem with the jets is that they couldn't continually blitz against mayfield like taylor because mayfield can get rid of the ball quicker then taylor while remaining very accurate. Then has the presence to pass a TD. Once he learns a little bit more of timing on his throws (he overthrows a bit), that is scary this kid is going to get better!
