Nash - Stepan - St.Louis

Kreider - Brassard - Zuccarello

Hagelin - Lombardi - Stempniak

Kristo - Moore - Fast

Glass/Mueller

Pretty solid FWD depth, J.T Miller might get in there somewhere.

Other than Nash and Kreider that team is small man! Losing Boyle, Poliout and Dorsett will hurt in that aspect. But a really solid speedy lineup.

That is actually a softer top 6 than ours...

Big teams will feast on that forward group. Solid, yes, but if they were in the West the only way they'd make the playoffs would be because of Lundqvist.

All these moves NYR made (Lombardi, Mueller, Glass, Stempniak) are made to keep the depth they lost this offseason. They lost Dorsett, Boyle, Pouliot. They lost the toughness they had in the bottom 6, going to be interesting to see if they are still cup contenders when the injuries come. They got some good young talent aswell in Miller, Kristo, Haggerty, Fast. Lots of good depth for NYR but not alot of physicality.

I'd take Miller over Kristo any day

Miller will probably end up the 3C for NYR unless Lombardi out plays him, otherwise I don't see Miller anywhere else in the lineup.

Last year was a bit of a fluke. Don't expect a repeat.

Except it's good enough to get to the finals in the pathetic eastern conference.

They wouldn't even make the playoffs in the west. Not a single eastern team would. East is sad and they should all leave the league.
