canuckster19
I know it's cliche, but big bodied BC boy on our backend, does he fit or is he not what we're looking for? Not enough cap space?
BCNeil
So who are you moving? And do you think $26-$27 Million for our top 6 D is a good deal? With over $7 on the third pairing? With another $2 million for our 7 and 8 guys. Highest paid Defence in the league
TheRussianRocket.
Like the idea but doubt we bring him in due to a number of reasons. He'd cost quite a bit, we already have a lot of bodies on the blueline, and his age isn't very appealing.

Bissurnette
Get rid of Bieksa Bieksa isn't going anywhere. If you want to sleep better at night, I recommend you get used to it.

desiboynux4lifee*******
Bieksa isn't going anywhere. If you want to sleep better at night, I recommend you get used to it. I'm sure his wobbly point shot will get us a cup this year Someone has to leave the team. Guy's like Clendenning, Biega, Corrado, all gunning for a roster spot next year. Angry Goose
If Markstrom were moved, wouldn't that be something to see him wind up in SJ. I used to hate the Oilers, but now I think SJ has surpassed them.

Gurn
I sometimes wonder if Bert changed Jackman's career path from potentially dominating d- man to serviceable d man, with that monster hit behind the net.
tyhee
Next season we'll have 34 YO Bieksa, 33 YO Hamhuis, a logjam in 3rd pair d-men such that someone can't stay and we're desperately short on cap space such that we may not be able to afford any of Weber, Matthias and Richardson. A slowing 34 YO #6 d-man isn't likely to be on the list of targets, despite his grit.
Guest Dasein
I sometimes wonder if Bert changed Jackman's career path from potentially dominating d- man to serviceable d man, with that monster hit behind the net. Doubt it. Jackman's never been afraid of anything - even against a bigger and stronger Bert in his prime, Jackman battled and did his best. He's as tough as they come Love that hit though - 100% legal even by today's standards All body no head contact
