Squamfan
So Henrik Sedin is siting at 915 points do u think he can reach 1000 this year and become the first Canuck to do so. So is it over or under 85 points NHL TOTALS 1,092 211 704 915 214 598 55 6 34 1,591 13. http://www.nhl.com/ice/player.htm?id=8467876

homersexual
Not this year. He has only hit 85 pts or more twice in his career.

Squamfan
i wish him and Daniel could get there 1000s on the same play. That would be pretty cool
Chalky
I will dance a jig if makes it this year, but I bet it doesn't happen until next season. I will imitate this gif, film it and post it if Hank hits 1000 pts this season.

Down by the River
Not a chance. Not because I expect a serious decline in production, but because I see last year's goal-scoring trend to continue. Only way Hank gets 85 points is if Dank gets 15 3-3 OT goals.

HerrDrFunk
I would be ecstatic if he did but I think next season is a much more realistic timeframe.
MattJVD
I have Henrik pegged for around 70 points this season. So I'd say November 2016 he'll hit it.
Noseforthenet
I think it depends on how much effect Hutton has on this offense. Can he make the Sedins a threat off the rush again. If he does, then yes. Without a doubt. If not then no chance. He would come close. Like within 15 or 20.
one-x
Maybe this is me being a major homer but I think he'll do it. Being that close to a milestone, I could see him turning it up another level.
BCNeil
He is consistent like a clock. He will hit the milestone next November. But you also have to consider 3-3 OT. How many extra points each Sedin gets from that format? Extra 5 points maybe?

Only way Hank gets 85 points is if Dank gets 15 3-3 OT goals.Or they have a defensive core that score a few goals. Sedins decline has been more about the lack of defensive scoring than how they have played.(losing Salo and Erhoff) Example Crosby and Malkin when Latang was injured. Hutton and weber add 15 to 20 points to the Sedins this year. If you look at last year after Weber started to score a few goals the Sedins drastically climbed the scoring charts from Jan to Apr last year from like 25th in Dec to 15 th in April. darkpoet
I'm going to echo what a couple people have said already in that it's going to depend on how much offence is driven from the defense. When Ehrhoff was putting up 45-50 pts from 2009-2011, Hank and Dank were winning scoring titles. There were other contributing factors of course, but that was a big one. Sorry, I meant the league-wide scoring trend will continue, not that the Canucks in specific won't score as many or more goals than last year. -AJ-
I highly doubt he makes it, but probably next season, baring any injuries, which aren't common for him.
