It's about time we get a 400 goal scorer in the franchise. In 12-15 seasons, Boeser can follow it up by becoming a 500 goal scorer. Honestly, I think because Daniel is a winger, he can play few more seasons. Bigger problem is with Henrik, who is no longer effective as a center. I wonder if the two will retire at different times. With 2 goals tonight in Arizona, Daniel is now 12 goals away from becoming the Canucks' first career 400-goal scorer. With 5 goals in his last 6 games, he just might accomplish the feat this season. I approached Daniel and told him, "Tough loss last night but you'll get 'em next time." I even told him about a video someone on the forum at CDC made, depicting him as "Daniel San" crane-kicking a Bruin player as Johnny Lawrence for the win and Coach Green as Miyagi looking on. He laughed and thought it was cool. I wished him luck. Since then, Daniel has scored in 5 straight games and recently surpassed Naslund for the most 20-goal seasons in Canucks history.
