Part of me wants Daniel to come back for one more season so that he can get to 400 goals. It's about time we get a 400 goal scorer in the franchise. In 12-15 seasons, Boeser can follow it up by becoming a 500 goal scorer.

Honestly, I think because Daniel is a winger, he can play few more seasons. Bigger problem is with Henrik, who is no longer effective as a center. I wonder if the two will retire at different times.

With 2 goals tonight in Arizona, Daniel is now 12 goals away from becoming the Canucks' first career 400-goal scorer. With 5 goals in his last 6 games, he just might accomplish the feat this season.

It's possible, but that would require him reaching 30 goals, with 12 goals in the last 20 games, which would be a feat reminiscent of his glory days.

Are you psychic or something? He needs 9 more goals now and at his current goal-per-game rate, it won't be long...

Daniel Sedin shops at where I work. I saw him come in the day after Colorado's power play comeback at Rogers Arena. I approached Daniel and told him, "Tough loss last night but you'll get 'em next time." I even told him about a video someone on the forum at CDC made, depicting him as "Daniel San" crane-kicking a Bruin player as Johnny Lawrence for the win and Coach Green as Miyagi looking on. He laughed and thought it was cool. I wished him luck. Since then, Daniel has scored in 5 straight games and recently surpassed Naslund for the most 20-goal seasons in Canucks history.

I'm a Slump Doctor! Now, he has to bring Henrik with him. Lol.

Henrik has a five-game point streak. Now if he could just get that third goal...

Daniel needs 9 more goals to get 400. If he continues this torrid pace, he may actually reach it by the end of the season.

9 more goals for 400 and his 30th of the season. How often is it when players score both season and career milestones on just one goal?

Hope he does it at home.

He’s going to do it, and his brother will assist on it too.

The Coilers seemed to do it far too many times during the Gretzky years  (reason why I'm enjoying their struggles now - ain't so funny now eh? - being a fan of a team that is going through a prolonged rough patch).
