I’ll take what this win does for our young kids...especially Demko over a few percentage points in the draft.  These wins matter.

Lol really?

A couple extra wins in a failed season (the goal is to make the playoffs so not making it is a failed season for an nhl team)...vs...drafting a top line winger.

Just because Jim got lucky one year and Brock turned out great does not mean that’s always going to happen. I’d rather he has a large pool of great players to pick from at #5 or #6 vs hoping he hits on the leftovers at #12.

So what do you propose? no goalie?

Kinda sad to think that our best producing player has 62 points, which is the most productive season any Canuck has had since the Sedins in 2014-15, and yet Patrick Kane just hit 100 points.

Kinda puts things in perspective.

Bring on the confused faces

McDavid and Draisaitl are both going to break 100 and the Oilers are terrible. What's the perspective?

The oilers have tWo franchise centres and they'll still end up with a better lottery pick than us.

What a joke, Bettman should've relegated them to the AHL.

this might have also been the best game out of granlund all year. he's still salvageable but putting him in defensive situations just isn't what he's good at. he needs to be in a situation where he can score goals. we saw when he played with the twins that he has the ability to finish, and trying to put him in that mikael samuelsson shut down type role is setting him up to fail

He's so streaky, hasn't been the same since he was moved off the Bo and Baer line and for some reason Eriksson was given the nod instead.
