He disappeared from the nba for a year or two and his dad ended up having an unfortunate incident. I heard Michael Fransese say that on there and he would have known about that kind of stuff. I love how he turned his life around and walked away from that awful life. But I watched a video of him speaking about it to what I’d assume is a group of university/college kids. His main racket was aquiring gas stations then skimming on taxes. After everything posted about this guy's antics and character its tough to sympathise in any manner. Very entitled and out of touch with his team or the rest of the NHL . Another pathetic athlete giving his sport a black eye. Getting his ass kicked by Reaves doesn't seem to be doing him any good. He's not waking up. On top of it all San Jose has to live with acquiring this player. Now they, like previous teams that have owned his rights have to deal with this fool on top of trying to straighten out a disastrous start to their season. He's just as bad as Lucic. Kane’s antics suggest mental health is an issue, but not in the same way - more of an Ego gone wrong sort of way. There was some rumblings of Vegas possibly being an issue for some athletes when they came into the league and Kane’s the poster child for that - couldn’t have been a better example like a moth to a lantern. Absolutely. Watching his biography was hard to stomach. He was one heck of a player even with his demons - that guy should never had be allowed out of jail.
