I like the fact that they are trying to find hard nosed character guys for the fourth line at these kind of prices rather than paying 30+ yr old guys on the downhill bloated contracts to do the same thing.

Got a feeling he's going to be a staple on our 4th line rather than for Abbortsford which makes me a bit nervous. He's he's big and he hits, but produces little offence and isn't that quick. Not sure about his PK ability but his faceoffs seem average.

Wouldn't mind him on the 4th line wing but if he's our 4C it makes Lazar or Dickinson our 3C which is not a solution.

Considering we went into this off-season with 2 main needs - top young RD and good shutdown 3C - so far we've done neither. We have gotten bigger and heavier though.

Played almost no minutes on the PK last year for St. Louis, but as a 13th forward, that's not too surprising. I'm not sure what he did at the AHL level.

Wow so true, the 12 million dollar 4th line days are gone.

Nice,  starting to define the gritty culture change needed here ,  and these signings can skate. .

The level of intensity in these players is going to compliment that of Millers ,.   The rub off effect through the team,  and got “your back” mentality is something we should see out of the gate.

I truly think camp is going to be high tempo.

Welcome Joshua ,  opportunities will suface here quickly for you with Bruce.

Yup!! Was hoping for Deslauriers but Joshua is cheaper, bigger & tougher!!! Ruth & Allvin know what they are doing!!

Dude is a beast !! Not sure about his all around game - but if Cull likes him from the lockdown season could end up being a really interesting signing.

Better than average defensively and above average shot blocker. Very physical. He didn't really get PK opportunity with the Blues. Very low risk signing.

Anyway, we've got plenty of options for the bottom 6 now, Hoglander will give us a bit more speed and hopefully skill whereas these guys bring so much grit we've lacked for years.
