Unfortunately it will be the coach....even though the players need to be held accountable too. Multiple coaches, multiple GM same thing. When a teammate got a ball in the nose we laughed it off instead of all getting behind her. Like my grade 9 dodge ball team, we are softeroos. Not enough fight in us. Too much fun to play against.
