What is exactly this team's defensive structure?

It seems like its "do your own thing" kind of system. The dman look absolutely exacerbated and caught running around, while the forwards are caught standing watching the play. A lot on the players, but seems like they don't even know what to do defensively, which is a testament to the lack of structure in their own zone.

I honestly wonder the same. So many times I look and go, "why did the forward go after that player therem" or " why did they just let that guy go?" Just seems so weird.

I do enjoy watching timbits hockey though, I just prefer it not at the NHL level.

I recall my grade 9 mixed inter murals dodgeball team had similar issues to our current Canucks.  We didn’t stand up for one another.  When a teammate got a ball in the nose we laughed it off instead of all getting behind her.  Like my grade 9 dodge ball team, we are softeroos.  Not enough fight in us.  Too much fun to play against.  In grade 9 we were laughed at as lovable losers.  IMHAO our Canucks are loveable, but LOSERS.  Where’s my bag?668CC382-4C5C-4F3E-9C85-0BCE860ADA89.thumb.png.4c497d2a9601f0eee27497cd08b59d81.png
