Yes all the above please... What ya got?

Hogs sucks, and dries is playing better except for takeaways and corsi. hogs win more puck battles but him and his linemates do not seem to translate that into actual results.

in the defensive zone it would seem dries plays more soundly and offensively its no match dries has been out playing them as well.

anyways, i would still rather studnicka or pearson over dries.

I will reacknoledge the fact that the canucks record with dries in the lineup has very little correlation. Dries will never be killing penalties and we most certainly cannot afford having a bottom 6 center that can't kill penalties in the lineup.

But interestingly enough.. Bruce puts Dries in the PP#2 unit at C.... since we are loading up Petey, Miller and Bo in the first PP unit

OK, I will be fair to you.

This is circular thinking, which is a logical fallicy.

your taking the canucks record with dries in the lineup and using that trying to confirm they are a good player. But as we know hockey is a team sport. and we also know if BB thought he was such a good player he would be playing more than 4th line minutes.

He has offensive talent, but he lacks  in many area's. we are strife with offensive talent though and i would much rather have studnicka or pearson in the lineup. Dries isn't going to be taking many PK shifts for us.

Dries is a bubble player that is filling a role that is a gaping hole on this team.  The players you have mentioned

are both on IR.  Pears doesn't play C and quite frankly, has been struggling hard this season.  Studnicka

appears to have some upside, but I'm not sure that he's ready to play 3C full time.  For now, Dries has

stepped in and is playing his best NHL hockey.  You can't really ask for more from a guy that was

never drafted.

Actually I was referring bears sh!tty experience in Edmonton prompting him to want to land in van. Being half native myself. No Doubt  Bear would be familiar with odjicks history here.

Ohh yeah Ok I did hear about that. Just reaffirms that so many humans are garbage. Hope Ethan finds his way here and flourishes.

I have no idea how this statement correlates to anything i brought forward other than studnika and pearson. so i will adress that.

what im sure will happen when these players become available is that dries will be waived, even if they don't play center.

Peason has proven to be a decent penalty killer even though he is not utilized there often.

Studnicka although has not great success this year on the pk with the nucks has only played a handful of games and when they played with the bruins was always a solid option for them.

studnika is not a 3 centre just like dries is not a 3 centre, right now that spot belongs to Aman.

we do not need a offensive specialist playing 4th line minutes, we need more PK specialists which studnicka could possibly be.
