whcanuck Posted February 11, 2023 Share Posted February 11, 2023 I just looked at the score at the beginning, saw it was 2-0 Detroit and went “of course it is.” Took me a year or two after the bubble run, but I’ve finally accepted that we’re a bad team. We have good individual players, but on the back end we have a pretty severe lack of talent, without Demko we don’t have a legitimate starting goaltender and we completely lack the necessary compete/structure to be competitive on a nightly basis. This is going to take a while to get steered back in the right direction.
