Wonder if we could get him for just taking back a bad contract or something to give them some room this deadline. There is a world in which we trade Schenn for Foote, sign Livingstone and snag a defenceman with NYI's pick (Gulyayev, Reinbacher, Sandin-Pellika or Dragicevic) not to mention a top center with our own. He's somehow one of the few media members that understand there is no fixing the defense quick. It's multi year project with the main focus being drafting and developing followed by signing a big time top pair FA that fits with our window when the time comes.
