A team that has the cap space won't want to give up their draft capital or their prospects. And teams that are willing to give those up won't have the room to take on his full cap hit without giving cap back. They might be able to facilitate a 3 way trade where they give a team a pick or so to take on 50% of his cap hit. Then a team that is competing might be able to fit him in.
