Minor changes/fixes made to CBA. Sections changed/fixed are... 1.3/1.4/2.1/7.1/7.5

Please check them out and let me know if there are any questions or have any concerns. Thanks!

Like any amendment, it would be nice to know specifically what you changed in an update post.  Please and thank you

Biggest change was captaincy boosts being lowered

365 day boost dropped from 10% to 7.5%

1000 day boost dropped from 15% to 10%

The others were just small fixes/additions to CBA

Captain - 5% - 10%

Alternates - 5%

Captain's & Alternate captain's will earn you a boost of 5% minimum. However, there is a way to have your captain reach up to a 10% boost!

When a player hits the 365 day mark as their team's captain they receive an additional +2.5% boost.

When a player hits the 1000 day mark as their team's captain they receive an additional +2.5% boost.

You can build your team as you see fit, but in extreme circumstances a player may ask for a trade if their role doesn't suit them.

A low team morale will make it tough for you to sign & resign players. It wont make it impossible, but you may have to overpay to get some players interested. A high team morale makes your team a preferred destination among other players. Players will be more inclined to sign extentions, and in rare circumstances may even be willing to take a pay cut to help improve the team.

Team morale will go down in offseason as your UFA/RFA no longer have salaries to keep that number up. To prevent this from being an issue, team morale at the conclusion of the playoffs will be recorded and used for the offseason. Agents will be using that as reference instead of the live offseason morale. Starting OCT 1st of each year agents will refer back to the live morale tracker.

7.5 Player Tenure

Players on your NHL roster earn tenure with the team. Tenure is calculated in days, and the more total tenure your team has the higher your team morale will be. If you send a player to the AHL they will lose their tenure, and will reset to 0 days when/if called back up. Players placed on IR will still continue to gain tenure with the team.
