Hey Jazz, or @Salter

May I please ask some easy clean up items on my roster sheet?  Delete;

Johan Sunderstrom

Spencer Watson

Mackoy Erkamps

Gustav Olofsson

Matt Finn

All were free agents we did not extend offers, qualifying or otherwise to...

Thanks for your service boys!

This answer can be for everyone, but RFAs are automatically qualified and will remain on your roster in your minors until late December if you choose not to sign them.

If you want them released, feel free to ask us and we'll take them off your roster. So @Canuck Surfer, I'll get on this later tonight!

Just for the sake of clarity, Carolina wasn't moved to the Atlantic because they were a 1st place team. Rather, we knew we needed to move a Metro team out, otherwise we'd likely see a top 10 team miss the playoffs.

I'm still hoping for some sanity. Has the exec team discussed this?  @Salter, @Jaku, @thejazz97

I remain a bit dazzled that nobody noticed they moved a first place team into another division. Look at the standings the year after the move below. Pittsburgh finished with 5000 points, Philly 4900. Would have finished 3rd & 4th in the Atlantic. The Metro was not this amazing all powerful, unstoppable force. The move accomplished sweet F all! But Atlantic teams all drew tougher match ups the next two years because this mistake move was made. Will again this year? Metro teams got easy 1st round match ups.

It really should not be a difficult decision. It's disappointing nothing has been done yet, should never have happened in the first place.

Not gonna lie, I haven't been paying attention. Little context to this question?

A few years back, myself and CAR swapped divisions at the request of the old commissioner team. I don’t know the exact numbers but the goal at the time was to balance the divisions since IIRC a team almost missed the playoffs or did because of divisional playoff structure when they would have made it in 1v8 format.

Now we’re a few years down the line and some people want to move the teams back to their original division this offseason (me back to Atlantic and Carolina to the Metro). The commissioner team is somewhat unsure of what move to make and figured we’d let it come to a vote.
