if there is insurance coverage for this loss, you get the value of the item, the replacement value.
unless you totalled it driving out of the new car lot, your vehicle is never replaced with a brand new one, unless you bought an additional coverage for that.

I think most people don't realize that Benning is only signed till 2022 and he may be gone by then.
In regards to the Luongo and Schneider situation both worked out fine except for the cap recapture penally for Lou. I just wished the Sedins were managed better.

Well there's 8 preseason games and 82 regular season games, so let's just say you get about 9.5% additional hockey free of charge!
I, for one, really enjoy watching the preseason - it's a great insight into the overall organizational depth chart and I just can't get enough Canucks hockey, win or lose, preseason or regular season, or dare I even say, post-season?
Get those towels and flags ready, boys and girls and not specifieds. We are going back to the dance this spring!

Gardening has been my main hobby / pass time since the wife and I had kids.
Other than CDC it's about the only thing I can do around the house that I actually enjoy except for tying flies. Unfortunately I never go fishing anymore so fly tying just makes me bitter.
I built a new greenhouse over the winter and it kicks so much ass. The only downside to it is I've got $&!#loads of scrap I need to get to the dump, but between coaching the kids' baseball and all the yard work I haven't had time.
The wife keeps moaning about it yet she doesn't do any yard work and reminds me about all the weeding, pruning, mowing etc that needs to be done all the time.
To be fair, I do SFA in the house work category, but I don't ever moan about a messy kitchen or bathroom.
I do tend to pound beers when working on the house though

Hey a man can only do so much, You'll get around to it..That's funny, my GF does the same to me..but I don't mind, means she cares for our 'castle'.
I'm just a rookie, Just recently got into gardening..few months back I was in a pretty bad accident, didn't get out much because I was dealing with a concussion..my doctor recommended doing stuff like gardening as well as other things..at first I just shrugged it off and laughed to myself like 'yeah right'.
It wasn't about a month or so ago I was going through some old pictures and saw a picture of my dad in our old garden, I remember how much he loved it..He used to grow all sorts of stuff..I remember the pear tree, Man those pears were something else, as well as the tomatoes..you can't get that taste in the markets.
I went to Canadian tire a few weeks back and bought a bunch of plants and seeds..absolutely fell in love with gardening..house looks better too!
It's fun being outside working on the garden, with my dog running around, grill on and of course, plenty of suds! I just ordered an irrigation system , Can't wait til that comes in.
