I am loving his style, his approach with players, his rolling four lines, his professionalism when speaking with media, and his healthy respect when speaking on the other teams and everything else about him. But his swaying ..... Omg ... I took a gravol the other day .... If that's my only complaint .... Then that's good !!! Love WD ... But, it doesn't seem to hamper his coaching ability so I couldn't care less if he looks like a crack addict having a nervous breakdown behind the bench. It just adds to the fun! If he coaches the players well, and communicates with them and gets the best performances from them, that's all I care about. Do you watch for the games, or the press conferences? We have such a great working management/coaching group that it clearly rubs off on players. Their team building looked like they really enjoy themselves ...
