Herberts Vasiljevs
Predicting that Virtanen will unleash an absolute bullet on the fly to score tomorrow, but it will be extremely difficult to do so, because Gauthier's lack of foot speed on the play will make the breakout nearly impossible to conduct. #mapleleafsh!tdisturbers

Ossi Vaananen
Reway impressed me last year, looking forward to seeing what he can bring. He'll certainly be a big part of their offense. I think Virt will work his way up the lineup after that awkward 3rd line is yet again unproductive. Time to give Point and Virt a real shot together. I think Fucale will be shaky again. High scoring game 6-4 Can.
GreyHatnDart
5-2 Canada. Reinhart, Mcdavid, and Virtanen with 1 apiece, Lazar with a pair.

Plum
This team seems motivated to win. Alot of returnees, a good captain who wants to win and a coach who just wants his team to play now. Enough with practicing, they just want to play. Is Bondra any relation? Not Peter's son.
shiznak
Let's hope Ritchie goes apesh!t on someone, and gets suspended for the rest of the tournament.
RRypien37
Let's hope Ritchie goes apesh!t on someone, and gets suspended for the rest of the tournament. So we only have 12 healthy forwards and risk having an incomplete forward group with an additional injury?
LeanBeef
Let's hope Ritchie goes apesh!t on someone, and gets suspended for the rest of the tournament. Why would you wish that? Because he's fat, lazy, and slow ? Anyways it's too late for your fav Perlini to make the team

LeanBeef
Wasn't impressive during camp, for a guy with all the hype he gets. He had a great summer camp against Russia while outplaying Dal Colle and others in main camp.
87Crosby
I kind of miss the early morning boxing day games. Canada wins 7-3, Fucale doesn't play as well as he should and the game is tied 2-2 in the second. Duclair, Petan, McDavid, Virtanen, Ritchie, Morrisey and Crouse with the goals. Gally
I'll say 6-2 Canada, stoked for this to get going.
Plum
Watching the Russian vs Denmark game, Ehlers seems to take alot of penalties. He took alot in the gold medal game in the World Junior A Challenge.

RUPERTKBD
Canada should win, but I'm not going to bother posting a score. For those of you looking for a morning hockey fix, Canada is playing HC Davos right now in the Spengler Cup on TSN2.
