Mathew Barzal
Just thought I'd share this short highlight package of an absolute beauty of a player - and we're not even a quarter of the way through the season yet. Words can't express how envious I am of Hawk's fans. Can't wait to see this kid play on Saturday night!
CANUCK-EXPRESS
Human Highlight Reel. Fitting he's on a line with Patty Kane. He reminds me so much of Bure when he stick handles.
Canuck Surfer
Man!A guy who can walk through almost anyone, beat his man at will. Dangle in traffic...Awesome!

Patrick Kane
So good.
RRypien37
Can't believe he's already played 7 seasons in the KHL. He's basically full developed at this point at 24 years of age. I also think he is even more agile and shifty than Kane.
Tortorella's Rant
Unreal how they get a point per game player for free.And... we get nothing.

Coconuts
He's a fantastic talent, I refuse to acknowledge him as a rookie at his age though. Rules be damned.
Delta76
Damn!!Him and Kane together is just not fair. 2 best stickhandlers on the same team and same line (?)
The Weasel
He kinda looks like Patrick Kane in that video's picture.
250Integra
He's basically a Russian Patrick Kane.It baffles me how the Blackhawks can find gems like him. Then you have Terovainen who has a similar skill set.
DownUndaCanuck
More proof that size is rediculously overrated in today's NHL. Two of the smallest players in the league in Panarin and Kane on the same line, and they're the best line in the world.I'd take skill over size any day.Good luck Edler and Tanev against these kids, we're about to get embarassed. SaintPatrick33
Yet another notch of credit in Bowmans belt. Seriously the hawks were in cap trouble and it seems like they got even faster and more talented for this year. Great trades and even better scouting. I wish we had a dynasty to cheer for :(
Butters Stoch
With Panarin ripping it up and Teravainen on the rise, doesn't look like losing Sharp and Saad isn't going to slow Chi down as much as people thought it would. Pretty damn jealous of how they manage to scout and draft so well even without high picks.

I think a big part in their ability to continually develop talent is who the talent gets to learn from. Kane, Keith, Toews, Hossa, Seabrook - having those guys around the youth probably makes them better simply by osmosis.
