combover
Bennings team with a record setting performance. Its comical how bad this team is and in just 1 1/5 seasons Benning has put together the worst team in franchise history. Maybe another non physical third/ fourth liner to go with the three solid lines of exactly the same players.

Having 2 big russian crease clearers will have a big impact . He does have the signs of that level of talent for sure though... ONe of the few bright spots this year. Pete M
Where is the effort from everyone... How is the winning environment working out for you JB? Character, winning environment, older veteran presence to lead the young guys WD deserves this with his stubbornness and decisions made all season long about roster choices and ice time... You reap what you sow...WD needs to own up

Mustapha
Wow, Willie sure had the team playing well tonight... I know everyone is happy that the Canucks are moving into a better draft position, but seriously, getting shutout by a team that gives up a lot of goals and a goalie who is sporting a .901 save % and a GAA of just under 3.... It's such a joke, sorry. There's losing and then there is this BS. Congratulations Canucks on setting a new team record for longest streak of crappy hockey. Woo! messier's_elbow
Why are people complaining? The season was lost over a month ago with our epic loss to Toronto. We need a top 3 pick. Mathews or Laine and I'll kiss management for doing the right thing. Imagine a future of Mathews and Horvat down the middle?

Darius
Anybody else concerned with what they see from Jake lately? Cant make simple passes, cant receive break out passes, will have the occasional good move, likes to shoot from outside the face off circle too much. Theres lots of work to do. Doesnt help him that the twitcher keeps putting him on different lines.
khay
Efforts weren't there. Definition of a pathetic game. Never getting set up in the offensive zone and never being able to sustain pressure. Some observations on young players: Baertschi -- good. Tryamkin -- solid. I think he will be in the NHL next season. Horvat -- looks discouraged/dejected by all the losing and sucking. McCann is pretty bad right now. Needs to assert himself better, if not, he will not be in the NHL next season. Virtanen's play making abilities are below average at best at this point. For now, he should simplify his game to dump, chase/hit to get the puck. Pedan belongs in the AHL at the moment. Grenier will not make the NHL because he doesn't have the grit required for the third/fourth line role. Gaunce is as good as Higgins is right now. He better improve or he won't be in the NHL. Vey -- he is creative with the puck but he is a one dimensional. I don't think he has a spot on this team next season. Etem is mediocre at best.
