Exactly.  Much the same roster that sucked is now one of the best in the league.  Coaching has made them that much better.

Yep I remember people saying he was completely washed up - he would never get a job ever again. Then when Columbus hired him, everyone laughed and said they were crazy. We all had a good chuckle here on our forums, especially since Columbus had to give us a draft pick. Analysts said Columbus GM was crazy. Well, no one is laughing now. Turns out a good coach can turn even a crappy team around and it shows how significant having good coaching staff is.
