Tonight the Canucks looked like they were feeling sorry for themselves.  Down their top two offensive producers, and without emotional leaders in Sutter, Guddy and Dorse, the Canucks played in such a fearful game, one where one little bad bounce knocked them down.  Tonight was a great chance for someone to step up and be that leader that Bo and those injured have been, but looked like everyone was looking at each other hoping someone would step up, no one did.

After Brock's goal, the team felt comfortable with being just status quo, and honestly a team playing like they are feeling sorry for themselves is not a team I want to watch.  Very uninspiring effort.  The forwards weren't skating into the battles, Defensive coverage was atrocious, and typical, goalie wasn't able to give us saves when we needed it.

Reminiscent of last year all over again.  Win or lose, I want to see passion, battle, and willingness to play for one another, didn't seem like anyone was playing for one another. Pretty much looked like a group that showed up just to get their paycheck.

I don't care who is or isn't in the lineup, but those who are in better start playing together as a team.  Tired of watching this team not respond when it calls for them to.
