At the peak of the 2nd wave they had 420 in icu and models are predicting 800 in April, even with a lockdown. Part of the program allows that so that richer countries will join. There are two components to Covax. At the end of the year, Canada will likely have vaccines 3-4x the entire population. Both of them, took a little over 20 minutes, with all the paper work and a 15 minute wait AFTER the shot. Pfizer for them both.
