Are teams allowed to do trades while unable to play games due to covid?

If we would have had to wait a week to dress the new guy anyhow,  we don't lose games played by the incoming players.

What the hell are you taking about? Armia has the covid variant and is still on the list.  Games are postponed by the league in conjunction with the local health authority.
