Philly also owns Tampa Bay's if I'm not mistaken.

That is correct.

The Vancouver Canucks have signed Aku Raty to a 3 year ELC beginning next season, worth $2.250M ($0.750M AAV).

@Primal Optimist

Happy to ink Aku Raty. Scuttlebutt in Finland is that he won't be coming over to North America...but, never say never when the NHL pays prettymuch a million bucks for 180 days work.

Barring a late season surge, it looks as if our 16 teams in the playoffs are set. There may be some movement that affect the matchups, but the teams should be set. With 15/16 of the NHL teams locked into the playoffs and the final spot being locked up in the next couple days, playoff teams can begin to post their playoff rosters.

A few reminders about posting your playoff roster and the playoffs in general:

1) 23 man roster, 14 forwards max, 8 defenceman max, 2 goaltenders max. Same as the regular season.

2) No salary cap.

3) Your 23 man roster is locked at the start of Round 1, no roster moves are allowed until the time period between the conclusion of Round 1 and beginning of Round 2 (and so on for future rounds).

4) In order to make roster moves, the players being added to your roster must be listed as a "Black Ace" on your original playoff roster. There is no limit on the number of black aces you can include on your playoff roster.

5) Same scoring structure as the regular season with two exceptions. There are no goalie points for an OTL, and PIMs are reduced to 0.5 points per minute from 1 point per minute.

6) Please tag me in your playoff roster post so I can easily find it when I create the playoff pool this weekend :)

If our playoffs were to start today, here would be the matchups!

With 2 games left against Arizona and Anaheim, I'm assuming that Dallas gets at least a point and clinches. So I'll leave my Vegas players out:
