"Nils is a smart hockey player who plays with speed and has a strong work ethic," said Allvin. "He possesses a good two-way game, and we look forward to seeing his continued development on both sides of the ice with the Canucks organization." Aman, 22, accumulated 14 points (6-8-14), eight penalty minutes and a +4 plus/minus rating in 51 games with Leksands IF of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) last season. In 110 career SHL games, all played with Leksands IF, Aman recorded 27 points (9-18-27) and 18 penalty minutes while adding a point (1-0-1) in 4 career playoff games. The Avesta, Sweden native has represented his country on the international stage on multiple occasions, totaling 11 points (2-9-11) and six penalty minutes in 22 games. Most recently, he was selected to represent Sweden at the 2022 IIHF World Championship. If he comes in and falls flat, didn't cost us anything but money for the privilege.
