Burr's rise to the top is a discussion of folklore. Undrafted, works into a contract to the ECHL, works into a contract with the AHL, Canucks take a flyer and he becomes one of the all time great Canuck's. Though his numbers don't line up with Steamer or Linden, Burr understands extreme hard work, knows no other gear, and flat out makes 1st round picks look like 6th round picks. We were so lucky to have such a man with great work ethic and passion. It is my hope the Canucks bring him back upon his retirement as a personnel development asst mgr, Long live the under dog.
