Toronto sells its games out no matter what, while the southern markets are struggling to fill their seats. If anything I see it going to either Buffolo or a southern market. And that's IF the draft is rigged, which its not. At the end of the day, Edmonton tanked in the wrong years; imo the only notable player they got from tanking was Hall. Yak and Nuge are nothing compared to Tavares, Stamkos, Crosby, Toews, Kane, Mackinnon. Toronto is doing the same. Tanking is such a waste, I mean look at Calgary. They are competitive in a much shorter time span compared to Edmonton. exactly what he said. toronto is bound for sell outs. If anything the NHL will send McDavid to a city were hockey is not doing well in order to save "that" franchise from disaster. ps, the lottery should be televised that way there is more transparency. Although it is the Leafs lol If there is a conspiracy in the draft order against Canadian team, then why did the most unsexy, unmarketable Canadian team (perhaps outside Winnipeg) get 3 first overall picks? Got a feeling Arizona's going to end up with McDavid (have McDavid - Domi - Samuelsson down the middle, wow), leaving Eichel to Buffalo (Eichel - Reinhart - Grigz). Hanifin will probably get snapped up by Edmonton, and Toronto at 4th overall will get a hell of a player, maybe take Marnier, Strome or Zacha.
