10,569,000 or less is only 2 first round picks. Not really worth it letting him go unless its over that. 

Except the vale is divided by 5 years max... so a 7 year $10 million per contract is counted as $14 million per as far as RFA compensation goes.

I doubt an offer sheet comes, they dont happen very often.  Only when teams know its a possibility that the team lets them walk.  Marner has a better chance due to cap reasons.
