I'm watching the Boston feed and even their announcers are commenting on the lack of physicality by the Canucks.  Can we make a few body checks please?  Boston goes out of their way to take the body, legal or not, and that's part of the reason why they are so successful.  I know we have to play our own style but could we please throw some hits?  Go Canucks Go!

This arena is absolutely dead. They couldn’t stfu back in the day. Feels like hockey is a dying sport.

Could be the mics or sound from the booth? Usually Boston loud. It is a Tuesday against a canadian team they dont really have a rivalry with anymore.

Still don't get it?

Coyle has possession, Kuraly is offside.  McAvoy pushes the puck into the zone, keeps his skates onside but doesn't touch the puck.  Kuraly tages up before Mcavoy's skates enter the zone and before he touches the puck.  Kuraly has tagged up and Mcavoy stayed out of the zone, therefore both players are now onside.

as another posted pointed out, McAvoy's skates weren't inside the zone yet.  A couple inches further along and both Bruins have to tag up.

no one is disputing whether McAvoy - or his skates - were offside.

He had possession of the puck, carried it over the blueline - trapping a team-mate offside before he could 'tag up'.  How are McAvoy's skates relevent?
