willie and his love for weber and vey blows my mind  the fact that benning and linden didnt tell  stop them from getting big minutes cost us the season when we were losing games  in overtime on 3-3   not sure why theyd watch this team 30 games in and be like wow we are as soft as soft can be lets waive some bums and get some grit instead  benning trades our only sniper in ahl for another 3rd  center that cant win a face off  awesome

Tryamkin has looked pretty good so far. I would like to see him in a slightly reduced role next year though. Let him adjust to the speed of the NHL slowly. It will be interesting with Biega, Tryamkin, Pedan and Larsen fighting for 3 spots next year:

Edler - Tanev

Hutton - UFA

Tryamkin - Sbisa

Pedan - Biega

Larsen

Hopefully we can get Larsen in Utica on a 2-way contract.

Absolutely love this YOUNG man's game..  He has adapted to the NA Ice size in short time.

Around the 6:50 mark of the 3rd period tonight he put the "head fake hit" on Hossa,  Hossa completely opened up and backed off the puck.  And Shaw didn't know what nailed him down to the crusty crease ice.

Looks like Nik will be working on "Beast Mode" next ;)

He looked great on that pp in front of the net,.  Have NO idea why WD took him off after that short shift?

IMO  Nik has made the club next year,.  He surpasses what Chara could play like at 22.

Nik is here to create a long lasting career of his own, and I'm sure some of the hockey we will see from him will be legendary itself.

Tryamkin doing lengthy interview with Russian TV post-game in #Canucks room.

Interesting, will try to find it later...

Reposted here. This is really interesting news since Tryamkin has not been considered the top defenseman in the KHL and never been interviewed by Russian national TV...

I saw that head fake on Hossa too. Shows a lot of confidence and that he knows how to take advantage of his size without even having to take the body. So much raw talent, hope it all comes together for him.

Missed these amongst the Easter festivities, any body have a clip/gif of either/both?

Let's hope NT has the same legendary work ethic that Chara has. He could be a beast if he's willing to do the work off the ice.

He's out there tossin' guys around like Bocci balls

He has been relatively nice to the opposing players he hasn't thrown alot of body checks most of his hits are with his hands and the guys go flying. Just shows his raw strength.

Ya if he can bring some hits that would be great. Also I would like to see someone hit him or do something dirty to him to see how he reacts. An Angry Tryamkin could be a bad thing for the other team...Hopefully he isnt a big softy and actually gets pissed off
