[Report] The Bruins would like to add some 'heaviness'

If they want size so much, let`s do a trade of our biggest guy for their smallest.

I would totally do it, and who needs skill anyways. Definitely not the big bad bruins.

Its Matthias for Krug btw.

Seriously though no dice. Don`t want to make them any tougher.

Lol at the hidden writing ^

They're going to have big issues next off-season signing Krug, Hamilton, Smith and Soderberg. At least 2 of them are going to have to be let off, and Boston are going to have to replace their minutes with either kids (Joe Morrow) or a bunch of cheap UFAs.

Matthias plus our 1st rounder (or 2nd + Markstrom) for Morrow. The kid is not going to crack that top-4 any time soon, and this way they can let Soderberg walk and give 15 minutes a night to Matthias. Huge down-grade but that's what happens when you out-smart the cap for a couple of seasons.

Kassian could totally go to the B's vey is better than him anyways.

And with the Canucks luck he would put it all together and be Neely 2.0. Trading Kassian to the Bruins just feels like a bad idea considering how much better he is playing this year.

I don't know if I would go so far as to say Vey is better than Kassian without at least providing some context as to exactly what areas he is better at.

Jim Benning will absolutley deal with Boston.

I could see Kassian thriving as a Bruin.

Could see kass fitting in good there, the east might suit his game better, wonder what benning could scrounge out that deal.

**** NO.

Kassian could totally go to the B's vey is better than him anyways.

Vey is nowhere near as good as Kassian.
