Glass 6.2 ft 190 pounds

Mittlestadt 6.1 ft 201 pounds

http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=192483

Vilardi 6.2 ft 292 pounds

http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=187453

Necas 6 ft 167 pounds

http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=194727

These are all as per team sites at the start of the season per player, as such will be adjusted at the combine without question but I think you'll see some serious differences in weight to them now.

Is Vilardi going to play Hockey or nose tackle..6.2 292?

Vilardi defnitely looks like he's reached 6'3/200lbs from what I saw during the Memorial Cup I'm interested to see what his adjusted weight is

Where are you getting that? You're looking at last season, look at 2017-18.  Next year Hudler, Hemsky, and Sharp come off the books and are all likely to be replaced with ELC.

My bad. Still, im sure ownership whi=o is on rocky ground would rather spend that money on current players Dallas wants to compete next year. they only have so long with the current players they have. And Dallas isn't known for a lot of strong prospects and have been linked to Oshie eberle And still need to find a solid shutdown defensemen. I don't think nill want's to go into next year with A bunch of unproven players given the fact they are really only A couple of players from being one of the top teams in the West

Signing Bishop and willing to trade their 3rd overall pick does not sound like A team looking to add A bunch of rookies here's A quote from hockeys future who besides Honka dont' see a lot of gamebreakers...   Weaknesses: As stated before, there is just a lack of overall game-breakers. The shine has really worn out on players like Jason Dickinson, Jack Campbell, and Radek Faksa. Also, outside of Ritchie, Honka, and maybe Shore there is no sure-fire talent. There are a lot of names in this pipeline, and options are good, but there is limited true quality across the board If your nil on A short leash do you not try to find A few ufas and get someone else to dump your goalies? All the while filling a major hole in Tanev?

He'll be a 225 pound player in his prime I'd wager between 27 and 35 years old

I'm not sure Pettersson will be taken in the top 10, unless JB drafts him high. Could be interesting pairing him with Dahlen, apparently they're best friends on the Timra team. He'll really need to bulk up though.

Pass It To Bullis had some good things to say about Pettersson here: http://www.vancourier.com/pass-it-to-bulis/should-the-canucks-draft-elias-pettersson-1.20342866. Apparently, an analytics guy had him rated number 3 overall behind Hischier and Patrick: https://scouching.wordpress.com/2017/05/26/scouchings-2017-final-draft-rankings/ . The same guy had us picking him at number 5. Pettersson may even have more skills than Mittelstadt who I think is already pretty skilled. I personally wouldn't feel bad about us picking him at 5.

One could only dream about landing the 3rd OA pick. I'd take Hieskanen at 3 and see what happens to Vilardi after COL picks at 4. Totally open to idea of trading Tanev if we can land 3 OA.

Hieskanen is a really risky pick at 3 OA.

Yeah, I wouldnt select Heiskanen at 3rd overall.

I'm really hoping we can get the 3rd overall pick without having to trade our 5th overall pick. Would allow us to pick a Center and a defenseman (for me Mittlestadt and Liljegren).

how so? he'll be a top 4 dman and there is plenty of potential for more. His tools are excellent. He has the calmness and confidence of a top line dman. He welcomes the physical aspects of the game. You watch him against his peers, and he's on another level. You watch him playing against men, and he looks better than a lot of them.

He's no more risky than any of the other players who could be picked there.

Idk whats the flak on Pettersson. Really high skilll/IQ and is already playing against men.Dahlen is high on him as well.

His weight. He is really really lanky. I've read that scouts don't know how much weight he will be able to put on.
