I too think Sedins should start as a 2b line (3rd) with offensive zone starts. I hope Jake Virtanen plays with them. He could give them the same as Hansen did: speed, good release on a RH shot, puck retrieval and grit (a la Burrows). Not saying they should rush him (too late maybe, I know), but the Nuck's line up looks soft, in a very tough Western Conference. I think Gagne should start on Sutter's LW, as a right hand shot from a right hand centre, especially if they are a 4th line. Maybe if Dorsett was ready to go too on the 4th line I think they could do some damage against other 4th lines. If Juolevi is ready I think you're right to pair him with Tanev. I'm not a hockey player so I don't understand your PP and PK formations but I like the mix of players. Maybe the Nucks should hire you as an advisor! Agreed... Dorsett's contract is a little rich in today's NHL given what he's capable of.... but he is truly a contributor on our 4th line, not a liability. But Green should assess whether the team is better with Virtanen or Dorsett. I really like Dorsett but won't mind seeing him waived.

With Dorsett having had the major neck surgery (his type of play can warrant extra time) Would he be able to start the season on IR so that will give us an extra F spot for say 20 games then do a conditioning stint in the "A" That way he would get the extra time to get to 100% and still be around the team As well as have a couple weeks to get into game shape once he is truly ready to go This would allow an extra youngster to start the season "GOLDY" and if the young guys are ready after 20 games Then GMJB would be able to do AM and trade rather than waive I just don't get the IR and LTIR rules and regs Sven Baertschi - Bo Horvat - Brock Boeser Daniel Sedin - Henrik Sedin - GOLDY Marcus Grandlund - Brandon Sutter - Loui Eriksson Sam Gagner - Alexander Burmstrov - Anton Rodin Brandon Gaunce IR Derek Dorsett

Virtanen played with the twins last year..all of one shift and looked horrible. He is not the right fit for the Sedins leave Granlund with them. Granlund can somewhat cycle and knows where the twins want him around the net for the passes and give and go game.

Let's make it easy on you and instead of infinity (hard to count that high), let's say a billion for rounding sake. I put up a dollar and you put up a billion.
