No future with the team anyways, with Juolevi and Hughes on the team for next year at the latest. Brisebois also likely to pass him this year. Either way should make it through waivers. Jayson and Jaycob Probably because their dad's name is Jay. Just gotta wait for one of them to name a kid "Jayne Gretzky Megna" or something. rekker
Hmmm. Didnt expect to see Sautner there but I suppose it's a numbers thing. I suspect they are trying to sneak him down early on here in the waivers process. I sure hope he clears. He's is way better than Corrado when we waived him . -AJ-
I know some people liked Sautner's game, but I felt he was significantly below the NHL level of defending. We'll see how he develops further.

Hairy Kneel
Saunter brought toughness is what I liked, tougher than most of what we have back there.
PhillipBlunt
Dalpe is on waivers. He'd probably love the chance to play here again just so he could creep on Sarah McLachlan.

Man I wish we could get a younger puck moving dman here. Hughes cant get here quick enough. Our D is absolute trash offensively. Brutal.
Down by the River
The waiver wire is such a great source for all-name team candidates.
The Great Canucks
Sautner is nothing more than a depth piece. A dime a dozen. A few people on here really need to scale it back when talking about guys like him. He is an AHLer. He's at the age where he probably isn't going to be anything better than a #7/8 Dman at best.
