A week ago everything was great.  Now all of the chicken littles have the sky falling.  For crying out loud, learn to take things in stride.  There are ups and downs in a season.  We are within expectations from the beginning of the season and might even make a playoff in a year 'experts' projected a bottom 5 finish.  Suck it up, princesses.

reliance on EP to produce has made our forwards complacent and lazy. Except horvat. He's a beast.

Defense just plain sucks. Gudbransh!t and Poolots are trash

Its okay, once EP returns we'll return to our CDC high. WE GON GO FOR THE CUPS LETS GO!!!!11!!!

People are saying this rebuild is not complete.  Not sure how that can even be determined when half of our prospects aren’t even on the big club yet.  We should probably wait until Hughes, Woo, Tryamkin, Juolevi, Brisebois, Rathbone, MacEwen, Dahlen, Lind, Gaudette, Madden are in the lineup before we determine whether or not Jimbo has completed this rebuild.  Not to mention Elias has only played 40 games in his career so far.  He won’t even hit his peak for another 5 years.

I do agree we have some veterans that need to go.  Once the young guys are ready we will see Sutter, Eriksson, Goldobin, Pouliot, Shaller and maybe Gudbranson on their way out.  It’s not going to happen overnight though.  It’s gonna be a couple more years before most of those young guys are ready and the contracts of the others are complete or they are traded.

Team is borderline unwatchable.

Horvat has been run into the ground and is on fumes. Feel bad for the guy and can't imagine what he says in his head when he constantly sees Eriksson and whatever other plug line up beside him.

A bottom nine nobody will remember in about in 2-3 years.

Finally people are seeing the true Gudbranson aka a 6/7th defensemen, a wannabe tough guy who does his patented rub-out hit when he follows his check up the half wall putting himself out of position but makes sure he presses himself against his check hard enough to make the end boards wobble a bit to draw 'oohs' and 'aahhs' from the casuals and a hard-earned hit on the stat sheet, a player who can't make a 7 foot pass to his D-partner on the other side if his life depended on it - let alone a stretch pass, doesn't clear the crease effectively as much as you would imagine from a guy his size, a fringe NHLer who if you searched for "off the boards and out" in the NHL dictionary you wouldn't see a picture of him because all he does is "off the boards and icing". And has two more years at 4M per?!?!?! HAHAHHAHA

Did he screw your girlfriend or kill your dog? He had a bad game tonight, but your assessment of him is far too embittered to be taken seriously.

Maybe go check out Canucks Army and rub one out.

Harsh but mostly true. Sorry Guddy.

Let's see them win a playoff round, then you can start to talk about them be a serious threat in the post season. It took the Canucks a bit to get over that 1st round hurdle in the playoffs, maybe this is Toronto's year they can achieve that, I sure hope they dont fall on their face and lose in round 1 with that kind of offense they have.

Lets see if they can do it in crunch time, when the battles are harder and the gaps are tighter.

I keep cursing them and hoping they start using but they are for real. Breakouts. Speed. Puck protection. Cycle... on and on. Pisses me off.
