It's just a bad team folks. The sooner they start to realize that and stop pretending that its a complete team the way it is the sooner they can fix the problems. It's still going to be about three years to fix it though.

When it’s Newell it is seriously debatable. And he’s done nothing to fix it as we see the same garbage every game. Either his fault for drawing it up or his fault for not addressing it, it’s lousy.
