It is definitely a earned call up. It's unfortunate that currently there is not a lot of young up and coming depth on the farm. Hopefully Bailey can come up this time, get some opportunity and play well enough to earn some more opportunity. He has a decent skill set. He's obviously proven himself on the farm, and I love his speed, size, and hustle. I'm actually quite surprised that he hasn't been given more opportunities with the big club.
