Pretty soon PODZ will ask for a trade with Green's coaching. Because we had so many power plays... Chiasson - Lammikko - Bailey line really didn't do well on 5 on 5 though. They got hemmed in a couple of times in the 3rd period. Can't wait to get Motte and Highmore back from injuries. We'll be flying out there and I think it will mean Chiasson in the press box. He was painfully slow out there although he was very strong in front of Shesterkin and created good screens. Either way, more ice time for Podz please! Popular Post Junkyard Dog
Shoutout to Poolman who was a part of the Demko sequence. He made a ball hockey save with his arm that would have gone in. 6 8

Popular Post wallstreetamigo
Wasn’t a fan of the ref letting play continue with Demko not having his blocker. Imaging if he got a broken hand there? 1 2

He got a couple of goals but still wasn’t really all that good tbh. Better, but not nearly as good as he was his first season. Bang-on observation. That is all Chiasson needs the time to block our own goals on the pp.
Viper007
Canucks deserved this win. They were the better team and Shesterkin was keeping the Canucks from scoring till the 3rd period. Only reason the Canucks were losing was the dang unlucky PK. Bailey made a bad line change on the first PP goal, and that 2nd was just an unlucky bounce off of Poolman's stick. Canucks controlled the play 5 on 5 and the PP actually looked decent after the 1st period. Good win. Hope this game is Podkolzins' coming out party. Scoring that game tieing goal was huge with a nice snipe short side. 1

Went 11 games straight with a win! Often blowouts too lol but multiple comebacks and ots. That streak continued with other sports too actually and was actually 19 straight games where the team I was cheering for won. It's over now though. Ended with a 9 2 defeat or something against Anaheim lol I went to 15 games from 2016-2020 (some of our worst years except 2019-20) yet still came away with a 9-5-1 record overall. Going to the game against Nashville on Friday, hope to make it 10-5-1. 3

Sedins and Naslund had stretches like this and Petterson was better in his 1st playoffs than any of them 1

Oh I was so nervous that Rangers would score on that power play when Hogs was in the box. That was a huge kill by the team! Not only Demko, Hamonic had a huge shot block there too where he just jumped in front of the slap shot.
