You forgot all the bertuzzi goalie interference when he would brush the goalie in blue paint and they would call it goalie interference? You probably dont read the rulebook. Its not about how hard the goalie is interfered with because even brushing them in blue ice right before a goal has been called goalie interference. Go check the NHL rulebook on that. If it impedes with the goalie making the save then it will be called. Its not about how hard the goalie was hit or if he would have made the save or not, that doesnt make sense at all.
