Because he can?

Damned if he does/doesn't stuff.

I like the JT that goes right at the net and won't fault him for that.

It's a different situation when it's 3 on 3 and if you lose the puck it's a guaranteed odd man rush and a likely scoring chance....that was a low

percentage play.

It's a stupid thing to try and do 3v3, he's a smart player but that was a mistake

That's something you try 5v5 when you've got players covering you from behindn

Disappointing since this was a big divisional match with a good opportunity to close the gap in the standings.

The way we were playing especially on the powerplay we were lucky to hang on and get the point.

If Demko isn’t Demko we easily lose this game in regulation.

When you've been "the guy" to score for your team, it becomes your mission.  He drives the net and has had success...he's our best chance TO score so I'm ok with it.

JT Miller's effort aside somebody needs to jump over the boards as soon as the Flames get the puck for that 3 on 2. JT probably hustles and gets off the ice before that player touches anyone or the puck and the Flames were jumping line changes all game.

We need our shooters to shoot more.

Yeah this game brought back memories of Sutter coached Kings team.

And two long time former Canucks are playing central roles in that system. I'm feeling bitter.

PP really let us down, getting one w/ under 4 mins left in a 0-0 game was a golden opportunity & they couldn't even get setup.

One of those games where you need them to break through. Good teams are able to get that
