This wasn’t Edmonton winning because Edmonton played well, this was Calgary losing because they got away from what won them round 1. They stopped the right checking, tight defence, and methodical play that brought them so much success this year. They played right into Edmontons gameplan of speed and chaos.

I remember the Marky that would let in 1 bad goal per game. This version of Marky was letting in 3 bad goals a game.

Goaltending and defence.  You can't win when your only 2 NHL blueliners are Keith and Nurse, both of whom are defensive liabilities.  They're even more screwed with no quality leadership and a locker room cancer for a captain.
