Makes no sense. I guess they like to follow suit in not being at the top of the league in their jersey design. It think they need to ask fans for submissions and then do a poll. Year after year of bad design. Imo they should come up with a new scheme entirely. Like a grey/navy trim two tone jersey to rep the clouds and rain lolz.
