When he saved the empty netter last game, they clocked him at 34 Kph.  He can move when he wants to…which makes it frustrating when he’s slow

Well it's not hard to figure out. It's called a salary cap and the amount of no movement clauses and term handed out to players not living up to their contracts have strapped this team. Maybe he can go out and get some general managers drunk and make some deals.
