Just like a friend and I talked about before the playoffs started....there were going to be some great teams eliminated in the first round, and wow....the greatest season record in history Bruins, - went to Chokeville....and now, the defending SC champ AVS, - Seattle's best coffee was served....and TBL, brought a bit of thunder, but no lightning....hasta la vista....and one of NJ/NYR will be punted tomorrow.

 

The path to the cup got a bit easier for the Coil and the Laffs....

Going to go against the grain here and say Dallas in 5.

 

I have no faith in Seattle’s goaltending, whereas Oettinger is phenomenal. And Colorado took Seattle within a goal in game 7, despite getting almost nothing from their depth guys. Losing Nichushkin was the final straw for them. The Stars are deeper and are healthy.

Goaltending matchups.  I had little faith in Bobrovsky and Grubauer.  Now I don't know what to expect anymore.
