It was also mentioned for Hutton he may not get in until they clinch, so it's perhaps even more likely for LaBate. Not as big or as good defensively. Better offense though. Yeah, they aren't the same at all. Lain's strength was faceoffs (and defensive play as you noted) as a 4th line type player.
